TRAPS FOR THE PROCESSIONARY CARTEPILLAR ARE NOW AVAILABLE
In private areas: Citizens and private entities can
acquire the traps for the processionary caterpillar at the Natural and Urban Environment Service.
Traps have a radius of action of approximately one hectare, so it is not
necessary to install several traps in a small space.
The box can be recycled for several seasons and the Town Hall subsidises the
fungible material that must be renewed each season (bag and pheromone).
To be effective, the traps must be placed at the end of June or early
July and must be removed at the end of September, beginning of October.
