Resolve doubts about Covid vaccination

Covid-19: The Government of the Balearic Islands enables a new hotline and a website to inform citizens about vaccination

The Vacunacovid phone number 971211999 is operational from Monday to Sunday

The Health Service has enabled a new hotline and a web space to give information to citizens with doubts about the immunisation process against the coronavirus.  Vacunacovid (971211999), which operates every day of the week, and the vacunacovid.ibsalut.es website that is hosted on the Health Service website.

The main objective of this telephone line is to inform the population on doubts that may arise regarding the vaccination process: when should they be vaccinated, what group they belong to, what they have to do to register, etc ... Another of the functions that the Vacunacovid team manages is to offer support to the Health Service in coordinating the campaign, such as organising appointments for various groups or resolving incidents.
This line is operational from Monday to Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Health Service has also enabled a web section where the most frequent questions regarding vaccination are answered and detailed information is offered on the doses (type, general schedule, prioritisation criteria, first and second doses, detection of adverse effects, etc. .). Different doubts are resolved about, for example, the efficacy or safety of vaccines, the time of immunity or the obligation to receive the vaccination.
