Presentation of the Rocío de Calvià 2023 poster
The board of the Casa de Andalucía en Calvià – Asociación Rociera Andaluza has been received by the mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, to whom they have presented the poster for the Rocío Festivities this year, which will be held on the 9th, 10th and 11th June, in the Santa Ponça pinewood. The mayor was accompanied by the councillor of Santa Ponça, Nati Francés, and the deputy mayor for Citizen Participation, Marga Plomer, as well as the president of the Casa Andaluza, Manuel Barné.
The festivities, that celebrate their 35th anniversary this year, will host, like each edition, the central events such as the Pilgrimage from Santa Ponça to Son Ferrer, on 10th, at 10 a.m.; the Procession through Santa Ponça, on 11th, at 7:30 p.m., and on the same Sunday, at 8:15 p.m., the Rociera Mass in the pinewood.
The Rocío Festivities 2023 will open on Friday 9th June at 8:15 p.m., in the Santa Ponça pinewood, and throughout the three days of celebration there will be musical and dance performances.
