The Contracting department is in charge of processing the contracting files as laid down in the Law 30/07, of Public Sector Contracts.
These contracts are building work, services, supply, management of public services and concession of public works; as well as private contracts (eg.: rentals...). At the same time they process the contracts of amounts more than 3000 euros, as established by the instructions of the Mayor's Office on 16 october 2006.
This department also carries out the monitoring of all the administrative contracts, their modifications, extentions, resolutions, liquidations and return of guarantee deposits.
