The Unit of Commerce is promoting the obtaining of the distinction for quality in service for the small businesses.
Beneficiaries:
Sales businesses, maintenance and reparation of cars, motobikes and mopeds; retail sale of fuel for motor vehicles. Retail shops, except businesses of motor vehicles, motobikes; repairs to personal effects and domestic appliances.
Ruling:
As per the ruling AENOR in quality of service for the small business. UNE 175001-1: 2004 Created by the Spanish Association for Normalization and Certification and in the Resolution of the grant by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy.
Cost:
The total cost of implantation for a business comes to 2.200 euros and the grant offered by the Balearic Government is 2.000 euros.
