Simone Bolelli and Máximo González won the doubles title
Mallorca Championships ended on Saturday 26th June, a great week full of good tennis, which took place at the Country Club of Santa Ponça. Calvià has been the international capital of tennis, with the presence of leading figures such as Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev, number one and two, respectively.
The sports event closed with the doubles match between Italian Simone Bolelli and Argentine Máximo González who beat New Zealander Marcus Daniell and Austrian Philipp Oswald in two sets by 6/1 and 7/5, after one hour and eight minutes; and with the singles final between Daniil Medvedev, first seed, who beat American Sam Querrey in the final in two sets by 6/4 and 6/2.
