CALVIÀ RECEIVES THE PAJARITAS AZULES HIGHEST AWARD FOR THE PAPER RECYCLING MANAGEMENT
Calvià, through the municipal public company Calvià 2000, has been one of the municipalities awarded the highest award given by the Pajaritas Azules programme, in recognition of excellence in the management of selective collection of paper and cardboard.
The deputy mayor and president of Calvià 2000, Marcos Pecos, collected the Award in an event headed by Alfredo González Gómez, Secretary of State for Territorial Policy, and Elisabet Alier, president of ASPAPEL. The event was also attended by the manager of Calvià 2000 Javier González.
