VPO Santa Ponça allocation process
It has been published in BOIB no. 45 the list of the *definitive list of people with the right to participate in the process of allocating officially protected housing for the development located at Avenida Miguel de Unamuno number 11 in Santa Ponça, in the municipality of Calvià, once the allegations by the IBAVI to the provisional list published in the BOIB number 16, of 1st February 2024, of the people registered in the Public Registry of Claimants for protected housing of the CAIB up to 1st December 2023, on a rental basis with purchase and sale option or indistinct for the municipality of Calvià.
No one becomes a successful bidder by virtue of being listed in Annex I A).
Start of Phase II Award criteria:
The persons listed in Annex 1 A) must submit the duly completed application together with all the corresponding documentation listed in Annex II, within a maximum period of 15 business days counting from the day following the publication of the BOIB, number . 45, dated 4th April 2024.
Warning that if you do not submit the application within the deadline, it will be understood that you give up your right to participate in the housing allocation process.
Submission period: 5th to 25th April 2024, both inclusive.
Form of presentation: the application must be submitted in person, preferably by requesting an appointment, at the General Registry of the Calvià Town Hall or at the General Registry of the Palmanova Municipal Services Center or electronically through the Common Electronic Registry of the General State Administration.
